Deep Fried S’mores

You can deep fry cookies and ice cream, so we thought why not Stuffed Puffs? They. Are. Amazing. You will not be disappointed!


  • 2 cups instant pancake mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2-3 cups vegetable oil for frying (enough to cover the marshmallows)
  • 1 bag Stuffed PuffsTM Filled Marshmallows
  • Wooden skewers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


  1. In a small bowl, whisk pancake mix and water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan to 350 F. 
  3. Place a Stuffed Puffs marshmallow on a skewer and brush with melted butter. Then roll in graham cracker crumbs and swirl in pancake batter. 
  4. Use the skewer to hold coated marshmallow in the oil, being careful not to touch the bottom or sides of the pan. Fry until batter is a deep golden brown. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining marshmallows.
  6. Dust marshmallows with powdered sugar and serve!
