Peanut Butter Cookies

You know those cookies that everyone makes with Hershey Kisses around the holidays? We like them better with Stuffed Puffs.


  • 1 batch peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1 cup sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 bag Stuffed PuffsTM Filled Marshmallows


  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Prepare your favorite homemade or store-bought peanut butter cookie dough.
  3. Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls and space ½-inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Press an indentation into each ball using your thumb or spoon.
  5. Bake cookies 12-15 minutes (or for the amount of time recommended by your recipe).
  6. While cookies bake, cut Stuffed Puffs marshmallows in half.
  7. Remove cookies from oven and place a Stuffed Puffs marshmallow, chocolate side down, in the indentation in each cookie.
  8. Return to oven and broil for 5 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown on top and slightly melted.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes before serving. Best enjoyed warm!
