Pumpkin Pies

It’s time to spice up your Thanksgiving—pumpkin pie style! Mini in size but mighty in flavor, these pies will be a hit for the whole family this fall!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (12 ounce) can of evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, cracked
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 3 Stuffed PuffsTM Filled Marshmallows

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a large bowl. 
  3. Pour batter into 6 mini graham cracker crusts. 
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
  5. While pies bake, cut Stuffed Puffs marshmallows in half. 
  6. Place one cut Stuffed Puffs marshmallows on top of each mini pie, chocolate side down.
  7. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes at 350 F.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
