You’ve had fluffernutters before, but what about a stuffernutter? It’s got peanut butter, banana and, of course, Stuffed Puffs, all packed between two slices of bread and deep fried to perfection.


  • 2 cups instant pancake mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 8 Stuffed PuffsTM Filled Marshmallows
  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices white bread
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • Cinnamon sugar for serving


  1. In a small bowl, whisk pancake mix and water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet to 350 F. 
  3. Cut Stuffed Puffs marshmallows in half. Peel banana and slice into ½-inch chunks.
  4. Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread. Place 4 Stuffed Puffs halves on one slice of bread, chocolate face down. Layer the other slice of bread with bananas and sandwich on top of Stuffed Puffs. Repeat process with remaining two slices of bread.
  5. Using tongs, dip sandwiches in pancake batter, ensuring they are fully coated on all sides.
  6. Transfer sandwiches to oil, cooking until golden brown and slightly crisp on the bottom. Fip and repeat.
  7. Remove sandwiches from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to cool. 
  8. Sprinkle sandwiches with cinnamon sugar and serve.
