Sugar Cookie S’mores Bars

Three ingredients. Immeasurable deliciousness. Baking doesn’t get easier than this. (Just remember to freeze the Stuffed Puffs in advance so that the marshmallow doesn’t burn before the cookie is finished baking!)


  • 2 (16.5 ounce) tubes prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 1 brick graham crackers, smashed into crumbs
  • 1 bag Stuffed Puffs®️ Filled Marshmallows, frozen


  1. Heat oven to 350 F. 
  2. Remove cookie dough from wrappers. Evenly press 1 tube of dough into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan. Remove dough and set aside. Press remaining dough into the bottom of the baking pan. Do not remove.
  3. Bake cookie dough for 9-10 minutes until partially baked. Remove from oven.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly on top of cookie.
  5. With a sharp knife, cut frozen Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows in half and layer on top of the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate side down, completely filling the pan.
  6. Top with remaining sheet of cookie dough. 
  7. Return to oven and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Best enjoyed warm!
