Returns Policy


We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any perishable products (For Example: Stuffed Puffs marshmallows) sold on this website.

We accept returns of non-perishable products (For Example:  t-shirts). Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached. Socks must be returned in their original sealed packaging.  Original shipping fees are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you want to return an item that is designated as return eligible, please send us a request for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items that do not follow the above guidelines will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

To make a return please do the following:

  • Email us at with the subject title of the email stating “RETURN”.
  • Provide us with your name, order number, phone number, item being returned and the reason for return.
  • Once you email us, you can expect a reply within 48 to 72 hours with further instructions.


We are not able to process exchanges. Please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Damaged Goods

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please do the following:

  • Send an email titled "Damaged" at
  • Attach a photo of the damaged goods and a photo of the box/envelope it arrived in.
  • State where the product is damaged.
  • Please include your name, order number and phone number.
  • Once you email us, you can expect a reply within 48 to 72 hours with further instructions.


Purchased items will be shipped from our warehouse location within 3-5 business after you place your order, although most will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
