Lava Cake Cupcakes

 

These lava cakes are melt in your mouth delicious.

    12 Cupcakes

    Ingredients

    • 12 Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Filled Marshmallows (approx. 1 bag)
    • 1 box chocolate muffin or cake mix (egg, oil water)
    • Cupcake pan
    • Cupcake liners

    Directions

    • 1 Make muffin or cake mix according to package directions, line cupcake pan with liners. Using a small ice cream scoop, portion out the mix into each cup, about half way full.
    • 2 Cut the Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows in half and push one half into the center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Allow to cool a bit but enjoy warm!
