Monster Marshmallow Cookie

Directions

• 1 Preheat oven to 375º
• 2 Combine in a bowl: 1.5 Cups Flour, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder and Whisk to combine then set aside
• 3 In another bowl combine: 1/2 cup Softened Butter, 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 4 When combined add the following ingredients into the bowl: 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 Egg and then mix to combine
• 5 Combine both bowls together, then add desired amount of Blue Food Coloring
• 6 Then fold in 1 cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
• 7 Once folded add about a cup of quartered Cookies n’ Creme Stuffed Puff Marshmallows and fold til combined
• 8 Separate the final mixture using a spoon (making sure to get equal parts dough, chips, and marshmallow) and form into a ball onto a greased or parchment lined baking sheet.
• 9 Bake for 13-15 minutes and enjoy!
