Mother's Day Bouquet

Treat Mom to a bouquet that's as sweet as she is! Indulge her with our decadent Stuffed Puffs Caramel Marshmallows dipped in rich chocolate. Each bite is a heartfelt expression of love and gratitude.

Ingredients

  • 24oz bag of White Chocolate Chips
  • Food Coloring (Color choice depends on desired base color - Mix n’ Match too!)
  • Skewers
  • Salted Caramel Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows
  • Parchment paper
  • Optional: Floral candies (extra garnish)

Directions

  • 1 Portion of white chocolate chips into microwave-safe bowls (Amount of bowls depends on how many colors you’re using)
  • 2 Microwave bowls in 30 second intervals, stir in-between intervals
  • 3 Once melted, place a drop or two of coloring into the bowl and mix (Start off with one drop, mix, and add more as needed. More drops will make it less pastel)
  • 4 Skewer one marshmallow atop each skewer
  • 5 Before dipping, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 6 Dip skewered marshmallows into melted chocolate, be sure to rotate to fully cover them
  • 7 Place covered marshmallows onto prepared baking sheet and leave to cool (Optional - before the marshmallows are fully cooled, place floral candies, or any other desired garnish onto chocolate)
  • 8 Once fully cooled and dried, arrange the skewers into a box, jar, etc. to form a chocolate covered marshmallow bouquet!
