Crispy Rice Cereal Cheesecake

Enjoy this delicious crispy rice cereal Cheesecake with your favorite Stuffed Puffs!

Ingredients

  • Stuffed Puffs Satled Carmel Marshmallows
  • Stuffed Puffs Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallos
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Vanilla Cheescake Jell-O
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs

Directions

  • 1 Melt 3 tbsp of butter in medium sized pot
  • 2 Add bag of Salted Carmel Marshmallows
  • 3 Stir occasionally until fully melted
  • 4 Take off heat and add 3 cups of crispy rice cereal
  • 5 Immediately place into pie tin and form shape
  • 6 Follow box instructions from Jell-O Vanilla Cheesecake
  • 7 Add bag of ‘Jell-O’ Cheesecake Mix to bowl
  • 8 Add 1.5 cups of cold milk to bowl and mix constantly for 3 minutes (A hand mixer works best)
  • 9 (Set cheesecake filling aside while Marshmallow filling is prepped)
  • 10 Add 2tbsp of butter to medium sized pot
  • 11 Add half a bag of Classic Milk Chocolate Marshmallows
  • 12 Stir occasionally until melted, let cool a minute or two
  • 13 Bring back the Vanilla Cheesecake filling and fold the melted Classic Milk Chocolate into the filling
  • 14 Pour the marshmallow cheesecake mixture into prepared crispy rice cereal pan and chill
  • 15 Halve your favorite flavor of Marshmallows and place on top
  • 16 Carefully flambé’ the marshmallows with a bakers torch or leave as is (depending on preference)
  • 17 Sprinkle graham cracker on top and enjoy!
