Rocky Road Brownies

Get ready to embark on a flavor adventure with our indulgent Rocky Road Brownies featuring Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows! Dive into rich, fudgy brownies packed with chunks of chocolate, nuts, and our irresistible marshmallows, creating the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate (can also use dark or milk)
  • 1 Cup of nuts ( used peanuts but you can choose any kind)
  • ½ cup of Milk Chocolate Stuffed Puffs ( cut into quarters)
  • Graham crackers ( broken into pieces)
  • 8x8 baking pan lined with Parchment paper OR square silicone mold.

Directions

  • 1 Pour the condensed milk over the chocolate chips and give them a quick stir.
  • 2 Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Microwave in 10 second intervals until it is melted completely.
  • 3 Mix in your nuts and Stuffed Puffs Chocolate marshmallow. Place in the mold or in a 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • 4 If you used a 8x8 baking pan remove the fudge and slice it into even squares. If you used a silicone mold just pop the fudge squares out. Plate & enjoy!
